Eagles Lose in Giants’ Nest

The New York Giants stomped the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday 27-17. We had lost four games in a row to the Eagles and finally pulled out of the slump and showed no fear in the face of a fierce rival. This game also was our 600th franchise victory and only two other teams have reached that many wins. Our defense actually allowed a touchdown for the first time in a long time and got no sacks for the game which is another impressive stat. The most impressive thing of all was that the Giants had no turnovers for the entire game. The New York Giants are a well oiled machine and are ready for the match up against the Seahawks next week.

Giants to Host Eagles

The New York Giants are ignoring the Philadelphia Eagles apparent weakened state. They are acting as if the Eagles are their old selves and preparing for an intense battle this Sunday. Donovan McNabb may be hurt but he still led a great offense against the Cowboys who scraped together a win in the final minutes of the game. New York is determined not to underestimate this Eagles defense. We will be prepared for the cold nasty weather at Giants Stadium and are looking for a win over the Eagles this week. Eli Manning has led us to nine wins this season. Let’s hope for ten as the Giants prepare for the team who has won four NFC East titles in a row.
